Little Grandmother, Santa Fe 2011

Day 1:  Today. A day of very big energy. Lots of good messages. I believe it is important to distill for the sake of impact, and also to write now while the day is fresh in my experience. Maybe the biggest message I want to share is that of a set meditation time for the planet. Please join in the worldwide meditation everyday for a few minutes at 12 noon Mountain Standard Time.

Please, I know there are lots of group meditation notices and it is so easy to just blow them off. I speak from personal experience! We are at THE critical transition point for the planet !  As Little Grandmother says, WE ARE MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAN WE GIVE OURSELVES CREDIT! This kind of group focus has the power to tip the balance of energy on the planet. It can change everything.

An interesting thing I found out about Keisha today (Little Grandmother) is that she is as big a fan of Tom Kenyon’s “Pineal Gland Meditation,” as am I. We all meditated to this soundtrack (at noon, of course!), as we were guided to focus on gratitude for the Earth and all She provides for us and then on a deep sense of rootedness and connection with the Earth.

Little Grandmother repeated more than once that meditating to this soundtrack was the most powerful meditation she has found. I believe that is saying something. Interestingly for me, this has been one of my all time favorites for meditating for a while now, along with some of Tom’s other amazing music, much of which he gives as free downloads on his website! Awesome!  (www.tomkenyon.com) The “pineal gland soundtrack is perfect for the noon meditation, as it is about 6 min.s long, just enough for a “quickie.” I have it downloaded on my iphone so it is always with me. Caution: It can make you very spaced out!!!

Other messages I would like to pass along: Time to switch to living from the HEART. LOVE IS REALLY THE ANSWER. Love makes us more intelligent. You will love yourself to enlightenment. This was maybe the most prominent message throughout the day.

Second: Words are extraordinarily powerful. We are the only creatures on this planet who have been given words. It is a power. Use them wisely. Also, you have the choice whether to take the words of other people into your being or not. If the words are not for your highest good, don’t take them in.

Next: Crystals hold information. Put your intention of love and healing into the crystals you have in your house and give them back to Mother Earth in water. She said we have taken enough out of the Earth, time to give back. Obviously keep a couple crystals if you like for your own purposes at home, but we don’t need so many. She said they can do the most good in the water outside. Here’s the sequence:  You put the intention of love in the crystal (by focusing on this feeling while holding the crystal,) the crystal holds the information. You put the crystal in natural water (lake, stream, well, etc..) and then the love gets communicated to and carried by the water. The water evaporates and gives the blessing to the air. It mixes with all the other water in the clouds and then rains down that same communication to the soil, plants, animals, people, EVERYTHING!  Then, (amazing magic,) it evaporates again and does it all again! She said it is the best way to use a crystal and I can see why. This is homeopathic quantum crystal love medicine!!! Dig it!

Also, regarding crystals, she said the crystals in the planet are now being activated and it is time to wear a clear quartz crystal around your neck, at the level of your heart. She said this connects us to the heart of Mother Earth. Also, put love and healing into the crystals and give them to your children to wear. Ask the child to hold the crystal and have a little “chit chat” with the child about what makes them happy and what they love. The crystal will then hold this vibration as well.

Well, there was lots more, but I felt these were some of the main points. Other highlights included the importance of connecting with nature, how each person chose to come here at this time and each soul has a purpose and a gift, how Star People are real and to expect planetary wide disclosure within the next year, how the planet has measurably tripled in frequency over the last two years, and how never before in the history of the Universe has a planet accelerated in frequency so quickly in such a short period of time as we are experiencing now on planet Earth.

She also said to buy organic seeds NOW and also rain barrels and a way to filter water. On these last points, she did not exactly elaborate (yet) on why, but did say that chemtrails are real and are making our water toxic, thus the filters.

So on the eve of my 2nd day with Little Grandmother, I actually hugged a tree in my backyard. I have to say it was amazing!! Lately I am very much noticing my own increasing awareness of energy and was quite taken by the extraordinarily tender soul of the tree, very aware of my presence there next to it. This was a very moving experience for me, demonstrating what Little Grandmother said about how important it is to put bare hands or feet on the earth everyday (since it is 22℉ here today, I opted for the hands!) Just 10 min.s will fill your energy completely.
